I was born and grew up in Piraeus-Greece… since I can remember myself I have been involved in art, in the beginning by using my crayons and watercolors and later by attending specific art courses I have developed the technique of painting through professional colours and materials.

The subjects I prefer have mainly anthropocentric character, but in my work, besides human as an entity and through his relationships, I deal with the feelings, the concerns and the modern way of living, the nature and the environment. The inspiration derives from the feelings that are created from the real life as it is and as I imagine it from my experiences, but also from the filtering of the mass of information that I receive from printed, visual and electronic media.

I believe that painting as a form of art is not based exclusively on the educational training and technical practice, but mainly on the mode of expression of visual language and in the discovery of the personal style, yet to me it is an endless self-direction that requires hard work, selflessness, truth and love.

Therefore, my prime priority and my personal bet remains the constant development and renewal, not only through knowledge and technique cultivation, but mainly through self-improvement and self-awareness …
